API ring joints Manufacted in the UK by API-licensee James Walker Moorflex, these metal seals conform to both ASME and API standards. Products include R, RX and BX ring joints, as well as lens, convex, wedge, double-cone and weld ring metal gaskets. More Info

High performance seals These products form the core of our oil and gas industry ranges. Our high pressure sealing components range from 'O' rings in a vast range of materials, to special ranges developed for dynamic or static duties on down-hole, wellhead, surface equipment, valves, pipelines and riser systems. Pipe supports Tico® Pipe Grips and Tico® Clip Strips are manufactured by James Walker Group company Tiflex. Our pipe grips are fully-engineered items, supplied as grip or guide types, for use with stainless steel and Cu/Ni pipes at offhore or on-shore installations. Our clip strips provide the highest level of shock and vibration insulation between pipework and hangers. More Info

RGD-resistant materials We have six 'flagship' grades of rapid gas decompression (RGD) resistant elastomer, each of which has been specifically developed for sealing duties in oil and gas production. Four of these grades - Elast-O-Lion® 101, FR25/90, FR58/90 and FR68/90 - are qualified to Norsok M-710 for RGD-resistance and sour gas ageing. These highly specialised materials have been extensively in-house validated, and are tested, approved and specified by oilfield operators and equipment manufacturers. They are widely proven to overcome the problems associated with high-pressure gas systems and the damage experienced to seals when there is a rapid pressure drop. More Info
